Lenny Miles

Owner/Operator of GR8 Home Improvements

Lenny has extensive residential construction experience dating back to the early 1990’s when he first helped his grandfather add a room addition to his home. Since then Lenny has built 30+ new single family homes & has performed countless home improvement projects throughout the Kentuckiana area. Lenny & his family also spent six years in rural Nigeria where he served as the Construction Manager to build a hospital.

Field Operation Manager of GR8 Home Improvements

Alastair has been around residential construction since he was a young man. He was at job-sites with his father who trained him in trades like framing and carpentry. Alastair eventually learned masonry and became the Co-Owner & Project Manager of a residential masonry business In Tennessee. When he moved to Kentucky, he joined GR8 Home Improvements early in its inception and is the onsite Field Operations Manager for all of our work.

Nathan & Lenny have been friends since right after college, where they worked together at a couple different engineering & design companies. Nathan owned & operated his own remodeling company for 15 years. He then decided to go into mission work at a local nonprofit ministry where he was a construction project manager for six years. During that time, he built or remodeled over 80 houses. This includes the “Veterans Village", a tiny house community in Shelbyville for homeless vets to transition back into the workforce.
